The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 18 by Jennifer Hartzell, Alternate Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.
Summary: The Department of Energy (DOE or the Department) is proposing to update the Department's general pricing regulation to establish prices and charges for materials and services sold to organizations and people outside of the Federal Government.
