WASHINGTON, July 7 -- Department Of Energy has issued a proposed rule called: Energy Conservation Program: Procedures, Interpretations, and Policies for Consideration of New or Revised Energy Conservation Standards and Test Procedures for Consumer Products and Certain Commercial/Industrial Equipment.
