WASHINGTON, April 17 -- Department Of Energy has issued a notice called: Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC; Application for Blanket Authorization To Export Previously Imported Liquefied Natural Gas to Non-Free Trade Agreement Countries on a Short-Term Basis.
