DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ISSUES RULE: RESCINDING GUIDELINES FOR ELIMINATING DISCRIMINATION AND DENIAL OF SERVICES ON THE BASIS OF RACE, COLOR, NATIONAL ORIGIN, SEX, AND HANDICAP IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS

WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Department Of Education has issued a rule called: Rescinding Guidelines for Eliminating Discrimination and Denial of Services on the Basis of Race, Color, National Origin, Sex, and Handicap in Vocational Education Programs.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 23 by Linda E. McMahon, Secretary of Education.
