DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ISSUES RULE: IMPACT AID PROGRAMS

WASHINGTON, Oct. 8 -- Department Of Education has issued a rule called: Impact Aid Programs.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 8 by Kirsten Baesler, Assistant Secretary, Office of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Education (Department) amends the regulations that govern Impact Aid Programs (IAP) to make technical changes, to include correcting grammatical, spelling, and typographical errors; correcting or updating statutory authority citations and regulatory cross-references; and updating mailing and delivery methods.
