WASHINGTON, July 10 -- Department Of Education has issued a rule called: Final Waiver and Extension of the Project Period With Funding-Title I, Part C Consortium Incentive Grant Program.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 10 by Kirsten Baesler, Assistant Secretary, Office of Elementary and Secondary Education.
Summary: The Secretary waives the requirements in the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) that generally prohibit project period extensions involving the obligation of additional Federal funds.
