DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ISSUES RULE: CLASSIFICATION OF REVENUE UNDER TITLE IV

WASHINGTON, July 7 -- Department Of Education has issued a rule called: Classification of Revenue Under Title IV.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 7 by Tracey St. Pierre, Director, Office of the Executive Secretariat, Office of the Secretary, U.S. Department of Education.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Education (Department) is revising its prior interpretation and clarifying its classification of revenue received by a proprietary institution of higher education under the Title IV Revenue and Non-Federal Education Assistance Funds regulations called the "90/10 Rule".
