WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Department Of Education has issued a rule called: Accountability in Higher Education and Access Through Demand-Driven Workforce Pell: Student Tuition and Transparency System (STATS) and Earnings Accountability.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Nicholas Kent, Under Secretary of Education.
