WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Department Of Education has issued a proposed rule called: International Education Programs and Fulbright-Hays Program; Recission of Regulations.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by David Barker, Assistant Secretary for Postsecondary Education.
