WASHINGTON, March 9 -- Department Of Education has issued a proposed rule called: ACCOUNTABILITY IN HIGHER EDUCATION AND ACCESS THROUGH DEMAND-DRIVEN WORKFORCE PELL: PELL GRANT EXCLUSION RELATING TO OTHER GRANT AID; AND WORKFORCE PELL GRANTS.
