DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ISSUES NOTICE: LIST OF BORROWERS WHO HAVE DEFAULTED ON THEIR HEALTH EDUCATION ASSISTANCE LOANS

WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- Department Of Education has issued a notice called: List of Borrowers Who Have Defaulted on Their Health Education Assistance Loans.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 29 by Wayne Sullivan, Acting Principal Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Federal Student Aid.

Summary: Federal Student Aid (FSA), as required by the Public Health Service Act (the Act), is publishing this list of Health Education Assistance Loan (HEAL) borrowers who have defaulted on their loans as of August 17, 2026. This information is also made available for use by organizations authorized by the Act.
