WASHINGTON, March 5 -- Department Of Commerce has issued a rule called: Updating and Streamlining the Department of Commerce's Privacy Act Regulations; Correction.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on March 5 by Pierre Gentin, General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Summary: By this action, the Department makes a correcting amendment to its Privacy Act regulations. The Department previously amended those regulations via final rule by, among other things, updating eighteen references to an outdated Department position title.
