WASHINGTON, April 16 -- Department Of Commerce has issued a rule called: Removing Redundant, Obsolete, and Inefficient Provisions From the Regulations Governing Restrictions on Lobbying.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 16 by Paul Dabbar, Deputy Secretary of Commerce.
