WASHINGTON, May 4 -- Department Of Commerce has issued a rule called: Amending the Department of Commerce's Regulations Implementing the HAVANA Act.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 4 by Jennifer Hesch, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Administration performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary for Administration.
