U.S. Representatives Madeleine Dean (PA-04), Dwight Evans (PA-03), Mary Gay Scanlon (PA-05), Summer Lee (PA-12), and Chris Deluzio (PA-17) introduced the Oversight Access Act to allow Members of Congress to bring one staff member inside Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities when conducting congressional oversight without prior notice.
