WASHINGTON - Today, Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz (TX-15) introduced the Combatting Pasture Mealybug Act. The bill directs the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to study the impact of the pasture mealybug and provide Congress with recommended strategies that the Federal Government can quickly deploy to contain the invasive pest.
