Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz (TX-15) spoke in support of Financial Services Committee Chairman French Hill's Housing for the 21st Century Act. The legislation increases the housing supply by reducing overregulation and modernizing Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs.
