CRAMER ANNOUNCES NEARLY $1.8M IN U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AWARDS TO NORTH DAKOTA

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded $1,898,824 (https://ciosenus.box.com/s/wv1pnbaigikotravnjl8w0hxs4dn6357) to organizations in North Dakota to support substance abuse and mental health services, food and drug research, and addiction research. U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced the following awards:

* $750,000 to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe for Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Projects of Regional and National Significance.

* $486,178 to the Three Affiliated Tribes (MHA Nation) to expand access to medications and treatment for individuals with opioid use disorder.
