Breaking News: U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer of North Dakota announced Grand Forks Air Force Base (GFAFB) has been named (https://ciosenus.box.com/s/c2poda8t8pg0nmgpdbktdk7ykw4t6ei3) by the U.S. Department of War (DOW) as one of four sites nationwide for a new pilot program testing advanced Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) technologies designed to detect, disable, and destroy hostile drones. The program was authorized in the Fiscal Year 2026 National Defense Authorization Act, which Cramer helped craft as chair of the Senate Armed Services Airland Subcommittee.
