MANDAREE, N.D. - The Mandaree community is celebrating today's grand opening of the Bruce A. Fox Water Treatment Plant. The new facility received $33.3 million in federal funding. It serves the Fort Berthold Rural Water system and is named in honor of Bruce Fox Sr., the longtime Operations, Maintenance and Repair supervisor, who retired after 33 years in the position. Prior to his retirement, Fox Sr. oversaw the Fort Berthold treatment plants and distribution team.
