Today, Congressman Joe Courtney (CT-02), Ranking Member of the House Seapower and Projection Forces Subcommittee, released the following statement after a federal judge ruled against the Trump Administration's December 22nd attempt to halt all major offshore wind projects, including Connecticut's and Rhode Island's Revolution Wind project. This follows a September 2025 ruling which granted a preliminary injunction on the Trump Administration's August 22nd halt work order for the Revolution Wind project.
