FRESNO, Calif. - Today, Congressman Jim Costa (CA-21) released the following statement after President Trump announced he would refuse to sign the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, bipartisan legislation passed by Congress to increase housing supply, reduce housing costs, and expand access to homeownership.
