U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) cosponsored Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO)'s Safeguarding Women from Chemical Abortion Act, which would ban the chemical abortion drug mifepristone and empower women harmed by the drug to sue its manufacturers:
