U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX), along with Senators Ted Budd (R-NC), Steve Daines (R-MT), Bill Cassidy (R-LA), Jim Risch (R-ID), Jim Banks (R-IN), Pete Ricketts (R-NE), Ted Cruz (R-TX), and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), sent a letter led by Senator Todd Young (R-IN) encouraging the Trump administration to reinstate the Protect Life Rule, which would ensure Title X family planning funds cannot be used by clinics that provide abortions or abortion referrals.
