COPYRIGHT OFFICE ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: EXEMPTIONS TO PERMIT CIRCUMVENTION OF ACCESS CONTROLS ON COPYRIGHTED WORKS; CORRECTION

WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 -- Copyright Office has issued a proposed rule called: Exemptions To Permit Circumvention of Access Controls on Copyrighted Works; Correction.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 2 by Emily L. Chapuis, General Counsel and Associate Register of Copyrights.
