Tallahassee, Florida - James Wiley Kelley, Jr., 51, of Altha, Florida, was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison forpossession of an unregistered National Firearms Act weapon, possession of a machinegun, and possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon. The sentence was announced by John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.
