Today, Congresswoman Norma Torres joined by Chino Hills Mayor Brian Joshz, local leaders and community members at Chino Hills City Hall to celebrate the successful delivery of $1,092,000 in federal funding for the Los Serranos Flood Protection Project, a critical infrastructure investment to protect neighborhoods from flooding and storm damage. As a member of the powerful Appropriations Committee, Torres obtained this funding as part of the community project in the fiscal year 2026 appropriations process.
