ALAMEDA, CA - Congresswoman Lateefah Simon (D-CA-12) recently secured $850,000 in federal Community Project Funding (CPF) for the Lincoln Avenue / Marshall Way / Pacific Avenue Corridor Improvement Project. This federal funding will support the creation of bike lanes, a roundabout, modernized traffic and pedestrian and bicycle signals, lighting and signage improvements, and more. These updates will improve safety and efficiency, across a major, three-mile stretch between Alameda Point and the East End of Alameda.
