The Radiation Exposure Compensation Reauthorization Act of 2026 (RECRA), which Pettersen introduced alongside Representative James Moylan (R, GU-AL), would ensure Colorado residents impacted by radiation and toxic waste from Rocky Flats receive justice, financial restitution, and critical healthcare coverage.
