Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Fiscal Year 2027 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), legislation that ensures America's military readiness and sets defense policy for the coming year. The FY27 NDAA authorizes funds to revitalize our defense industrial base, accelerate next generation technologies, and build on quality-of-life improvements for our service members and their families.
Included in the bill is Congressman Tim Moore's (NC-14) amendment establishing the Army Quantum Readiness and Advanced Computing Initiative to better prepare the Army for the technology race.
