Today, Congressman Mark Harris (NC-08) celebrated the passage of H.R. 4499, legislation that makes technical corrections to federal statutes and updates references to provisions reclassified to Title 34 of the United States Code, which covers Crime Control and Law Enforcement. The bipartisan legislation is Congressman Harris's sixth bill to pass the U.S. House of Representatives.
