Today, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-34) delivered $27,557,609 in federal funding for the Neighbors in Need of Services, Inc., (NINOS) Head Start program. This announcement is the second installment of a five-year award period allocated through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). These funds will further support early childhood education for young children in Cameron and Willacy Counties.
