Today Reps. Gabe Evans (CO-08) and Kathy Castor's (FL-14) bipartisan legislation The Energy Threat Analysis Center (ETAC) Reauthorization Act passed through the Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Energy unanimously.
The newly introduced legislation will reauthorize ETAC within the Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER), providing operational support for energy sector cybersecurity and resilience.
