Congressman Davis (NC-01) met with local officials across six coastal counties, including Beaufort, Carteret, Craven, Dare, Hyde, and Pamlico, to discuss capital improvement priorities and explore opportunities for federal investment through Fiscal Year 2027 Community Project Funding. He also announced that he had received funding requests from communities across North Carolina's First Congressional District, including its 22 existing counties and the newly added coastal communities.
For Fiscal Year 2026, Congressman Davis secured nearly $54 million for 15 projects across nine eastern North Carolina counties.
