Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) announced $10,741,043 in federal funding to continue upgrading the new terminal at the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). The U.S. Department of Transportation through the Federal Aviation Administration awards this money, which will further improve the new terminal experience for Western Pennsylvanians.
"Our airport is more than a place to catch flights-it's a big employer and an economic center for the region," said Congressman Deluzio. "I'm excited about all the progress that's been made to give Western Pennsylvania a top-notch airport-and this funding will help complete that mission."
