This week, U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) released documents to confirm yet again that the Biden-led Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) spied on Members of Congress in Project Cranberry, accessing privileged information transmitted to and from former Trump-White House personnel during Special Counsel Jack Smith's out-of-control investigation. Congressman Biggs was one of 44 Members of Congress whose information Smith's team seized.
