WASHINGTON, July 28 -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Request for Comment on the Extension of Standard Futures Contracts to 24/7 Trading and on Perpetual Contracts Referencing Physically Delivered or Storable Energy Commodities.
