On Thursday, September 17 from 3 to 5 p.m., Commissioner AL Dyer joined Mayor Victor Carstarphen and local workforce leaders to celebrate the launch of Hopeworks' expanded Skilled Trades Workforce Initiative. The event brought together employers, workforce leaders, local government, Hopeworks young adults, and major donors to discuss how the region can build the next generation of skilled workers.
