Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller today mourned the passing of country music icon Dolly Parton, remembering a legendary entertainer whose music, faith, generosity, and unmistakable spirit touched generations of Americans and earned her a special place in the hearts of Texans.
The following statement may be attributed to Commissioner Miller:
