Atlanta, Jan. 9 -- COBB COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION has issued a solicitation notice (PE-63310-NONST-2026-000000170) titled ‘Osborne HS Grandstand Refurbishment, B26067’. Notably, the event starts on Jan. 8 and ends on Feb. 10.
Further, the description states, “The project includes various proposed renovations to the circa 1950's Concrete Bleachers at the Home side of the Osborne High School Stadium. The existing conditions are cast-in-place, on grade concrete bleachers and steps that require repairs to existing defects and coating with a protective topcoat as indicated in the plans and sections.
