WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Special Local Regulations; Marine Events Within the Southwest Coast Guard District.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 10 by R.C. Tucker, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector San Diego.
Summary: The Coast Guard will enforce a special local regulation on the waters of Mission Bay, CA, during the Mission Bay Parade of Lights on December 13, 2025.
