WASHINGTON, Oct. 16 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Special Local Regulations; Annual Marine Events on the Colorado River, Between Davis Dam (Bullhead City, Arizona) and Headgate Dam (Parker, Arizona), Blue Water Resort and Casino Parker Enduro and NWSRA Water Ski Races, Colorado River, Parker, AZ.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 16 by R.C. Tucker, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port San Diego.
