WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Special Local Regulation; Southern California Annual Marine Events for the San Diego Captain of the Port Zone, San Diego Bayfair.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by R.C. Tucker, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port San Diego.
