WASHINGTON, May 20 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Special Local Regulation; Red River Rumble F1 Powerboat Showdown, Shreveport, LA.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 20 by Kristi L. Bernstein, Capt, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector Lower Mississippi River.
