The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 17 by Arex B. Avanni, Rear Admiral, U.S. Coast Guard, Commander, Coast Guard District Northwest.
Summary: The Coast Guard is establishing minor changes to Special Local Regulations (SLRs) for certain navigable waters of the Columbia River.
