WASHINGTON, May 21 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Special Local Regulation; Lower Chesapeake Bay, Hampton Roads, and the Elizabeth River, Virginia.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 21 by Peggy M. Britton, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, Sector Virginia.
