WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Special Local Regulation, Temporary Anchorage Ground Suspension, and Security Zones: Sail 4th 250, International Naval Review 250; Port of New York and New Jersey.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 18 by M.E. Platt, Rear Admiral, U.S. Coast Guard, Commander, Coast Guard Northeast District.
