WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Security Zone; Potomac River and Anacostia River, and Adjacent Waters; Washington, DC.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 10 by Patrick C. Burkett, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Maryland-National Capital Region.
