WASHINGTON, May 5 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Safety Zones; Rocket Launches in the Gulf of America and South Bay, Boca Chica Beach, TX.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 5 by Torrey Bertheau, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, Sector Corpus Christi.
