WASHINGTON, July 15 -- Coast Guard has issued a rule called: Safety Zones; Recurring Events in Captain of the Port Duluth Zone.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on July 15 by John P. Botti, Commander, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Marine Safety Unit Duluth.

Summary: The Coast Guard is revising existing regulations for recurring safety zones in the Captain of the Port Duluth Zone. These changes will allow for limited geographic flexibility in the location of recurring safety zones for certain annual marine events.
